SimplePay listed as a payee with BMO
BMO has added SimplePay as a ‘Payee’ enabling direct deposit funds ‘push’ rather than a ‘pull’ transaction reducing funds collection confirmation from 3 to 1 or 2 days. This will reduce direct deposit timeline from 4 to 3, sometimes even 2 days. To use this feature, contact us to update your account to direct deposit push setting.22 May 2013

SimplePay listing as an online biller in RBC reduces Direct Deposit time line
Simplepay.ca is now listed as a biller in RBC online banking. This changes the standard ‘pull’ transaction requiring a 4 day payment cycle to a 2 day ‘push’ transaction eliminating 2 days from the direct deposit payment timeline.03 Sep 2012
